Important Congregational Forum & Meeting – Please Attend

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

Greetings, Church Family!

We are approaching some very important days in the life of our church.
This Thursday, 21 August at 7:00 PM we will be gathering at St. Margaret’s in Frankton for a Congregational Forum.

This is a key meeting where:

  • The strategic plan for our church will be presented

  • We will hear about potential future developments, including the purchase of property to support our growing church family

  • You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide your feedback

Please make every effort to attend. Your voice matters.

We’re pleased to have Murray Talbot (from Christchurch) chairing the meeting, and Brent Mitchell presenting the plans and proposals.

What happens next?

On Sunday, 24 August, immediately after our combined 10 AM service, we will hold a Congregational Meeting.
This will allow for any final discussion before we move into the secret vote on the motion introduced at Thursday’s forum.

Can’t attend in person?

No problem:

  • If you need a Teams or Live Streaming link, please email our Church Clerk, Bronnie Hartley, at snowyh@xtra.co.nz.

  • If you will be away but still want to vote, you may submit a postal or email vote — please contact Bronnie as soon as possible to arrange this.

Let’s keep this process covered in prayer, and support everyone who has worked hard to get us to this point.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY
Clay Peterson
